The day began with a special visit to the offices of MSK<\/strong>, our Polish partner and local host. We had the chance to learn more about their activities, meet the wider team, and exchange thoughts about the next steps of our collaboration. It was a great opportunity to deepen our connection and reflect on how local institutions like MSK empower youth through culture and education. Thank you MSK for the wonderful tour!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following that, we headed to XXIII Liceum Og\u00f3lnokszta\u0142c\u0105ce im. ks. prof. J\u00f3zefa Tischnera<\/strong>, where the second day of the Work with Myths<\/strong> workshop took place \u2014 bringing the project directly into a school setting filled with energy, curiosity, and ideas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83e\udde9 The day opened with an introduction by the Greek coordinating team<\/strong>, presenting the project\u2019s vision and how it connects mythology with entrepreneurship. Students were also introduced to the upcoming mentoring programme<\/strong>, which offers a chance to actively participate in the next phase of the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83c\uddf5\ud83c\uddf1 The Polish team continued with a full presentation in their native language, ensuring that the local students fully understood the mission of the project and the benefits of participating in the mentoring process. Their clear and engaging delivery helped build a bridge between the workshop and the school community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They also presented their Booklet and Report<\/strong>, offering a unique view into Poland\u2019s own approach to mythology-inspired entrepreneurship. Their work showcased how local myths and cultural elements can shape innovative business concepts, empowering young people to connect with their heritage in creative ways.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udcda Next, Greece presented its research findings<\/strong>, focusing on two key outputs:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. The Booklet<\/strong>, which explores Greek and Thracian mythology and its relevance to regional identity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. The Report<\/strong>, which showcases Greek companies that integrate mythology into their branding \u2014 from cosmetics inspired by nymphs to fashion lines that modernize ancient symbolism.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    \ud83c\uddee\ud83c\uddf9 The session concluded with the Italian team<\/strong>, who presented their own Booklet and Report<\/strong>, highlighting how Sicilian myths and local storytelling traditions can be used to build brand identities and support sustainable businesses rooted in heritage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \ud83d\udde3\ufe0f The students had the chance to ask questions and engage with all three presentations, fostering an atmosphere of open dialogue, curiosity, and intercultural learning<\/strong>. Many expressed interest in the mentoring programme and the idea of starting a business inspired by local legends \u2014 proving that mythology still speaks to the ambitions of today\u2019s youth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \ud83c\udf7d After the educational part of the day, the group enjoyed a delicious lunch at Anatewka Restaurant<\/strong>, a space filled with Jewish-inspired flavors and stories of multicultural \u0141\u00f3d\u017a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \ud83d\udecd\ufe0f A short walk along Piotrkowska Street<\/strong> followed, where participants visited shops like Cepelia<\/strong> and Folkstar<\/strong> \u2014 both examples of businesses that translate culture, folklore, and craft into creative entrepreneurship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \ud83d\udcab And here’s a local twist: there’s a \u0141\u00f3d\u017a legend<\/strong> that says if you look at a map from above, Piotrkowska Street resembles the silhouette of a woman<\/strong> \u2014 a symbolic figure said to represent the spirit of the city: strong, graceful, and full of stories. In a city built by weavers, merchants, and artists, even the streets seem to carry myths of their own.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \ud83c\udf93 The day reminded us that mythology isn\u2019t just something to be studied \u2014 it\u2019s a living force that can empower young people to imagine, create, and lead. Through education, collaboration, and inspiration, Day 2 made clear that storytelling is one of the most powerful tools in entrepreneurship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
